Rental Policy
For the purpose of this Rental Agreement, “Rental Center” shall mean Party Party Event Rentals, Inc. (“Party Party”), its owners, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and “Customer” shall mean Customer, its agents and/or employees.
In consideration of hiring of the items (herein “the rental items or items”) described on the front of this Rental Agreement it is agreed as follows:

Policy Highlights
Reservations & retainers
A 50% reservation retainer secures your equipment. Retainers are non-refundable. Final payment is due one week before your event.
Order changes
You may adjust your order up to one week before your event, subject to availability. Cancellations or reductions within a week of the event require payment in full.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. Fees are based on mileage and labor. You don’t need to be home — we just need a site plan and access.
Site visits
Tent site inspections are free and standard for larger installations.
