How far in advance should I book a tent in York County?
Wedding and graduation season (late spring through fall) is our busiest stretch here, so book those 8–10 weeks out. Other dates are often available on shorter notice — just ask.
Do you deliver into Pennsylvania?
Yes. We’re based in Forest Hill, MD, minutes from the state line, and we deliver, install and tear down across York, Hanover, Red Lion, Shrewsbury, Stewartstown and the rest of York County.
Can you set up a tent on a farm or open field?
Yes. Open fields are a lot of what we do here. We stake into the ground, weight tents where staking isn’t possible, and plan the layout around the barn, the slope and the view. The free site visit is where we sort this out.
What size tent do I need?
Capacity depends on your seating style and how much space you need for a dance floor, buffet, bar or service aisles. Send us your guest count and event plan and we’ll recommend a tent size — we can also provide a CAD layout. Larger or unusual sites can be reviewed during a free site visit.
Do you provide tables, chairs and linens too?
Yes — tables, chairs, linens, dance floors and lighting all come on the same delivery, so it’s one company for the whole event.
How do you plan for wind on open farm sites?
Open sites need site-specific anchoring and a weather plan. We inspect the ground and exposure, follow the tent’s anchoring requirements, and treat sidewalls as a rain and temperature option — not a wind-safety measure. Severe weather may require schedule changes or takedown.
