Wedding Tent Rentals

Sailcloth ceilings glowing at sunset, dance floors under the stars — we build wedding venues from the ground up, anywhere in Maryland.

The Tent Is the Venue

Your wedding tent is the venue. We help you size it for your guest count, plan the layout around ceremony, dinner, and dancing, and coordinate delivery with your venue and planner.

Our crews install days ahead so your florist and caterer walk into a finished space — and we return after the weekend, so nobody in your family takes down a tent on Sunday morning.

Popular For Weddings

  • Sailcloth Tents — our signature
  • Pole Tents — the classic silhouette
  • Clear-top Structure Tents
  • Marquee walkways & entrances

Plan the Space

How Big Does a Wedding Tent Need to Be?

Plan the covered area first, then the tent. Our planning guide uses these starting points:

Ceremony Seating

8–10 sq ft per guest — rows of chairs with aisles.

Plated Dinner

20 sq ft per guest — dining tables and circulation.

Full Reception

25 sq ft per guest — dinner plus dance floor, stage and bar.

Example — a 100-guest wedding: ceremony-only starts around 800–1,000 sq ft; a plated dinner around 2,000 sq ft; a full reception with dinner, dance floor, stage, and bar around 2,500 sq ft. The shape and the site still matter — the same square footage works differently in different tents — so we confirm the final size after reviewing your plan, and draw the CAD layout so you can see it before we build it.
