Choose the Right Tent for Your Site
Nine styles cover the same jobs in different ways. Start with your site and the look you want — we’ll confirm the rest.
Setting up on grass? Pole tents and sailcloth tents are staked into lawn — the classic sweeping-peak silhouette (pole) or translucent tops with real wood poles that glow at evening events (sailcloth, our signature wedding tent).
Pavement, deck, or mixed surfaces? Frame tents install on any surface — grass, pavement, or decks — and can be staked or weighted with concrete blocks. High peak frame tents add the elegant peak without center poles.
Need the floor plan completely open? Frame, high peak frame, Jumbotrac, and structure tents have no interior center poles. Pole and sailcloth tents use center poles as part of their architecture — beautiful, but plan the layout around them.
Weather is a worry? Jumbotrac’s keder-track frames tension the vinyl tightly, making these the most weather-resistant tents we carry, with white or clear tops.
Longer-term or building-grade needs? Timbertrac’s craftsman-style trusses suit restaurants, venues, and seasonal installations. Structure tents are true temporary event buildings — engineered clear-span frames supporting hard walls, doors, climate control, and rigging.
Connecting spaces? Marquee and walkway tents cover entrances and link tents to buildings, in runs up to 500′.

Tent Rental FAQs
Is delivery and setup included?
Every tent comes with delivery, professional installation, and takedown by our crews. Delivery fees are based on mileage and labor hours on the road.
Do you check the site first?
Tent site inspections are free and standard for larger orders. We also provide CAD drawings at no additional cost.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as possible — 9–12 months for large orders, especially in our peak months (May–June and September–October). A 50% reservation retainer books the equipment.
Can I adjust my order?
Yes, up to 1 week before your event, subject to availability. Final payment is due 1 week prior.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the county and event type — for example, Harford County requires a permit for commercial events with tents over 400 sq ft. All of our tents are certified flame retardant, and we can point you in the right direction.
